Year End Coaches Evaluations

Below is a pdf to allow parents to evaluate their childs coaches now that the season is nearly over. Please fill out the document and turn it in to Troy Crowell within 2 weeks of your season's end.  You can place it in the Coaches Committee Chairman box at the arena.

It is very important to our organization that you complete the evaluation so that your voice can be heard!  Thank you.
