The Pond Hockey training center is located in Rosemount Our state-of-the-art ice arena provides the ultimate experience for all levels of players using a 3-on-3 model for full-ice development. Enhancing the concept of cross-ice practice, quickness, game play, which is promoted by USA Hockey.
Our Dryland facility for off-ice training develops athleticism, strength as well as endurance for the serious hockey player through slide boards, shooting area, free weights and TRX training etc.
Why The Pond : Small area games for all levels of hockey players: increases puck touches, forces hockey players to with their heads up, creates more conflict between offense and defense and forces players to make decisions faster.
