Join us for a fun-filled day dedicated to girls hockey as all our teams, from 6U to 15U, come together for exciting games and team spirit! It's a day of cheering each other on, fostering teamwork, and celebrating the growth of girls hockey. Let’s support our athletes and help shape the future of the game!

This year are have some fun activities planned including:

• Prize drawings
• Photo booth "selfie station"
• Hockey temporary tattoo station
• Special event concession menu items including signature Girls' Hockey Day beverages: Rink-side Refreshers and Blueline Lemonades plus a Girls' Hockey Day exclusive T-Rex Cookie made just for our event!
• Starting at 9:00 until noon/1PM: Women owned vendors including Rosemount hockey moms from: Little Blue Bead and The District Mercantile! Plus fun hair tinsel to add a little extra sparkle with Fairy Hair Dreams.

Ordering Information (Window Closed)

• Deadline: Online store is open NOW through Tuesday, December 10th, closing at 11:59pm. 

T-Shirt Pick UP

• Pick-up: Saturday, December 21st at RCC from 8:00am-11:00am.  If you can’t pick up during this scheduled time, we will have them available at RCC during Girls' Hockey Day starting at 8:00am.

We’re thrilled to announce another special addition to this year’s Girls' Hockey Day! 

Professional photographer Meghan Dub will be offering mini-photo sessions to capture unique, one-of-a-kind pictures of your hockey star. This would also be a great opportunity for our sister skaters or hockey buddies. Due to space restrictions, please limit to 3 girls per session.

Photo Session Details

• Location: RCC PDA Room
• When: 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM
• What to Wear: You choose! You can come in full gear (carry skates to PDA room), uppers only, jersey only, or even wear your new Girls' Hockey Day T-shirt! Don't forget your stick as a prop.

Sign-Up Instructions

• Reserve Your Spot: Click here to choose your 15 minute time slot. 
• Arrive Early: Please arrive at least 5-10 minutes before your scheduled session to ensure we stay on track.

Pricing & Packages

• Mini-session cost is $10. You will be required to make a $25 deposit to secure your session; $15 will be applied to your package purchase. Digital image packages starting at $18.
• Additional packages can be requested by emailing Meghan at meghanelizabethphotographymn@gmail.com.
• About 2 weeks following picture day, you will receive an email from the photographer with your player's gallery. You will be able to view all your photos and order at this time. Orders will be shipped directly to you.

This is a fantastic opportunity to commemorate your daughter’s hockey journey with beautiful, professional photos. Spots are limited, so don’t wait—sign up today!  If you didn't find a time that works for you, please let us know as we may open up more sessions based on demand.

We’re pairing each team with a CHEER/BUDDY team to spread even more Irish hockey spirit. Teams are be assigned a buddy team to support—making personalized signs for each player and supporting the team during their game! It’s a fantastic way to show our Rosemount pride, build friendships, and cheer each other on.

Reading the chart above example: the 8U Navy makes signs and comes to the 10:30 AM game to cheer for 12U B1.

*NOTE: The 8U Gold team has a Jamboree game this morning so their ice time will either be outdoor ice at either Bloomfield or Jaycee OR the team will skate together during the community open skate. Weather and outdoor rink conditions permitting.

As part of Girls' Hockey Day we are collecting pantry items for the Pinky Swear Pantries.

This important organization provides on-site pantries at both Children’s Minneapolis and Masonic hospitals with snacks, grab-and-go meals, and a variety of packaged treats, allowing families to stay close to their child and ease the financial burden of food costs. Whether it's a single-day visit or an extended stay, these pantries ensure that families have access to food without added worries.
