After a successful fundraiser for Hockey Fights Cancer the Squirt A Green team turned their attention to fundraising for Faith's Lodge, who supports parents and families facing the death or medically complex condition of a child.  

The team arrived to their pink out game to find that PeeWee B1 had already started the pink out by taping their sticks pink. The PeeWee B1 team also made a contribution to the fundraiser.

Lakeville South, Squirt A Green's opponent, heard about the effort through Twitter and arrived with their pink taped sticks in hand too.

Rosemount Squirt A Green signed up as a fundraiser for the NHL's Hockey Fights Cancer campaign for the American Cancer Society.  

The team raised $827 for the American Cancer Society and held their hockey fights cancer game on Monday, November 26th against Minnetonka.  For the game, the American Cancer Society provided signs, helmet stickers and lavender stick tape for both teams.

The team fell 4-1 against Minnetonka, but came out of it winners for their efforts to fight cancer.
